No-bake Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Cookies
Give your oven a break with these no-bake drop cookies. Another blast from the past, these have always been my mom’s favorite and she made them every year for her famous Christmas cookie platters.

Mix Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

Similar to rice crispy treats, boil a gooey sauce on the stove top and stir it into a dry mixture. Then quickly form nice little cookie balls before the mixture cools.

  2. Just made these Perfect macaroons. They are better than the old loved recipe I had. The only thing I did different was I added a pinch of salt. Can’t wait for my family to enjoy them. 5plus STARS!
